About this website
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for information only. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice for your particular situation, and no client relationship is created by reading it or by sending us a message through it. A client relationship begins only when we and you agree in writing on the work we will perform for you.
Text message program terms
Who sends the messages, and what they are about
Master Tax Service Inc operates an optional non-marketing service-text program. If you consent, we may send appointment reminders and confirmations, requests for documents we still need to complete your return, return-status updates, invoice and payment-receipt notifications for services we performed for you, and replies to questions you send us. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you join, and that it is optional
You join through the optional non-marketing service-text checkbox on our Get Started contact form. You enter your name, mobile number and email address, then affirmatively check the separate SMS-consent box. The checkbox is never pre-checked and is not required to submit the contact form. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of becoming or remaining our client, or of buying any service from us. You receive exactly the same service whether or not you agree.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. A typical client receives between one and six messages per month, with most of them during the January to April filing season and few or none outside it.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from us. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
How to stop messages
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also ask us to stop by calling (407) 896-7113 or emailing Info@Mastertaxserviceinc.com. If you later want messages again, you can sign up again at any time.

Carriers are not liable
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive on time.
Your mobile information is not shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number or your consent. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
Supported carriers and eligibility
The program is available on major United States mobile carriers. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you enter, or be authorised by the subscriber to enter it, and you must be at least 18 years old.
Accuracy of information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us. We rely on what you provide and we do not audit or independently verify it unless we have agreed in writing to do so.
Fees
Fees for our services are agreed with you before the work is performed. Invoices are issued for services we have completed and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Master Tax Service Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the text message program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the website or the text message program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
