We do not set advertising cookies or use third-party tracking pixels, and we do not intentionally track visitors across websites. Our hosting provider may maintain essential server logs needed to operate and secure this site.

- To prepare and file your tax returns and to perform the accounting, payroll and notary services you have engaged us for.

- To do the work you hired us for, for example transmitting your return to the Internal Revenue Service or the Florida Department of Revenue, or to a state tax authority.

- When the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a government authority.
- With your permission, when you ask us to send information to someone such as a lender or another professional.

How long we keep information
We retain client records for as long as needed to provide our services and for the periods required by tax law and professional record retention rules, and then dispose of them securely.

- Access and correction. Contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to correct it.
- Email. Contact us to ask us to stop sending email that is not required for the work we are doing for you.
Children
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
